Default Does this workout theory work??

[quote="Y2Jversion1"]MAX-OT - Maximum Overload Training

I read the .pdf and it seems like it makes sense. It's hard to argue with a workout that only lasts 40 minutes.

Has anyone had positive feedback from Max OT, (weight training, cardio program, and/or his nutrition program) ????????

A high protein high carbohydrate diet would be more suitable if your trying to get "huge".

Nobody has commented on Y2J's post with that article extolling the value of training a bodypart as soon as it's done recovering from the previous workout.

It goes against almost everything that is held high here on BB4U. Any thoughts?

Mon- power clean, parallel squat, bench press, dead lift work tris, bis, forearms,gluts, hams, straight leg dead lift

Tues- jump rope or pylometric or both, sprint work

Wed- hang clean, front squat, incline press, emphasis on shoulders, lats, and lots of front squat motions, Jump rope, distance running

Thurs- jump rope or pylometric or both, sprint work

Fri- power snatch, towel bench, box squat, tris, bis, forearms, gluts, hams, sldl jump rope, lots of lower body auxilaries with bar above head in snatch position, lunges and squats sprint or distance

Supplements: Nitro tech, Cell Tech, L- Glutamine, NOX2, Tribulus Fuel, Rather take energy- tech or super- pep on work out days,

I do realize this may appear that i spend too much time in tha weight room, and i probally do. on mondays and fridays my weight training takes a minimum of 1 hr 45 minutes( then i do other exercises), about 1 hr 30 minutes on wednesdays. I see solid gains though. I am 16 and am on a weight routine required by my football coach. I am not allowed to change. However, this routine is not soley geared at strenght and mass. This routine is a program that is geared and making strength, speed, quickness, explosion. etc What do you think? thx
