rlama1 is on a distinguished road
Default 10x10's

Hi! I am 61, I workout whole body twice a week. I have 2 different routines.
Monday it's mass building compound exersizes, the only attention I pay to
form is enough to lift safely, the object is to push as much iron that I can
(if it moves its a rep!). Thursday its iso moves. Good form, slo rythmic reps.
Mon. I superset two exersize togeather. Thurs. its three. On thur. I will be
doing 10x10 for the bicept. On Mon. for the tris, for the next 4 weeks. My
question is, do 10x10s work for lets say, benches? Also, should I do them
next month if they do, or should I space a month in between ?

Thanks!
