hey everyone.
ive been doin hiit cardio thrice a week for 15 minutes each time for a while now. but ive begun feeling that i need to bring my body fat down further. so i was wondering (assuming my diet is all right)...is hiit thrice a week enough to do that? or shud i be doing some light cardio on the other days as well? what do you guys suggest? whats the best way to do it without too much muscle loss? thanks. |
