Default is this enough cardio?

hey everyone.

ive been doin hiit cardio thrice a week for 15 minutes each time for a while now. but ive begun feeling that i need to bring my body fat down further.

so i was wondering (assuming my diet is all right)...is hiit thrice a week enough to do that? or shud i be doing some light cardio on the other days as well?

what do you guys suggest? whats the best way to do it without too much muscle loss?

what is your diet? you can cardio all you like but it wont work if your diet is wrong.
