Shooders is on a distinguished road
Default Starting a bulk

Been working away from home for the last 8 weeks. I weighed around 175lbs before i left, but being away from home i havent been able to eat as much as i was and i havent been able to make my gainer shakes (Blender). Plus i was working out in a sh*tty hotel gym (Couldnt squat, deadlift or bp ... you get the idea)
So im back to 168lbs.

My goal is 182lbs, my previous bulks have been semi successful, i seem to put on the weight straight away when im eating right but i hit a plateau at 175lbs, ive never been above that and i find it hard fitting in anymore food especially when im feeling bloated all the time from eating alot.

My workouts have been posted before ... basically push/pull/legs+abs mostly compound .. focussing on my big lifts.

Diets been posted before aswell ... 0700 carb breakfast - 1030 gainer shake - 1330 carb + protein lunch - 1630 workout - 1730 gainer shake - 1830 protein and carb dinner - 2100 protein snack.

Ive got 2 months at home before im away again, what do you think is realistic to gain in that time? And does anyone have any tips?

Thanks.

Realistically, I would say you could gain 1-3 lbs of LBM in 2 months with hard lifting and eating like you have a tapeworm. Whether or not you keep that... well, up to you.
