Hello, I have a hard time feeling any burn when I work out my pecs. I normally do bench press with barbells (incline) (decline) (flat), butterfly, and push ups. Sadly after a month of this I see little results.. How can I maximize the burn I feel in my pecs and the muscle gain + definition. I eat around 5000 calories a day and I use Whey protein shakes.
if you guys know any other work out tips besides WORK OUT YOUR LEGS DEAD LIFT AND SQUAT TO INCREASE TESTOSTERONE I ALREADY KNOW AND DO THIS. Feel free to share! |

Man,
I've heard nothing from you other than how to get a quick fast or get results fast. Getting huge from 111lbs or whatever you are takes a LOT of time. It takes consistency and effort. My advice to the other guys, stop wasting your time on this chimp.

The two words "Fast" and "Bodybuilding" should NOT be used together.. let me repeat.. the two words "fast" and "bodybuilding" shoulld NOT be used together lol.. Bodybuilding takes time bro.. nothing is an over the night change.. sure u'll see SMALL VERY VERY SMALL minimal gains aka newbie gains but nothing so significant that you;ll be "huge" at 155. Dude at 5000cals at 155.. what kinda disgusting diet do you have that you cant gain weight? remember 2g of protien for every lb. of weight.. The rule I always follow is... if you wanna be 220lbs then u have to eat like a 220lbs man.. if not more, simple as that. And if you still cant do any of that or wait then i'd say go with m3somorph's idea.. implants

If you have low test levels, go to the doctor, otherwise the best way to alter test and hormone levels is by heavy weight training and a good diet. Or see above. If you aren't seeing much progress withing a month of starting, you need to tell us what you're eating, what you're doing, and how long you've been working out total. You may not see anything at first, it's not quik-grow, it takes time.

On one of those MTV shows, there was a body builder who hated his calves and he couldnt get them bigger so he got calf implants. I laughed as I watched him walk around in pain for a month or 2 and have to walk with a walker lol
