Default Is this a dangerous/bad workout?

This is a modifided version of p90x. Hopefully someone is familiar here with p90x. The reason i changed it to this is because i am trying to gain weight. Im 18, 5'11, 150. Is this too much on my body? or what should i do to make the p90x workout a way that i can gain muscle and weight. Thanks

Monday- Shoulders and arms, abs
Tuesday- chest and back
Wednesday- rest, Abs
Thursday- Chest shoulders and triceps,
Friday- back and biceps, abs
Saturday- rest,
Sunday- legs

then here: Workout routines.. Post them here!
Then ask questions after taking all that info in.

I've done P90X and you can gain mass on it easily. Follow it as directed and just make sure you eat. Protein/Carbs for the first 4 meals of the day + your pre/post workout meals, and then protein/fat for your last 2. You just need to eat! But eat healthy, otherwise you may just put on fat.
