This is a modifided version of p90x. Hopefully someone is familiar here with p90x. The reason i changed it to this is because i am trying to gain weight. Im 18, 5'11, 150. Is this too much on my body? or what should i do to make the p90x workout a way that i can gain muscle and weight. Thanks
Monday- Shoulders and arms, abs Tuesday- chest and back Wednesday- rest, Abs Thursday- Chest shoulders and triceps, Friday- back and biceps, abs Saturday- rest, Sunday- legs |
