I was wondering if this is a good workout for me. I only have dumbbells at home, nothing else. Because I’m at my dorm during the week, and I’m home during week-ends, I leave one dumbbell at my dorm and one at home.
Day1 : - dumbbell biceps curl (10kilograms) 13reps, 5sets, 1 minute rest between sets - dumbbell lateral shoulder raise (6kilograms) 10reps, 5sets, 1 minute rest between sets - dumbbell chest flies (6kilograms) 13reps, 5sets, 1 minute rest between sets - dumbbell chest presses (10kilograms) 10reps, 3sets, 1 minute rest between sets Day2: - Abs workout; always 30 reps, 2 sets: foot to foot crunch, alternating curls abs, push thrugh, 4 time abs (=alternating legs up), arm reaching crunch, leg up touch crunch, cross arm crunch, double crunch I repeat Day1 & Day2 3 times and then I have one or two days rest. |
