This is a 2 part question....
1. What is your most disliked workout day? Do you have a specific day of the week you get to and think "Damn it! Im at such-and-such day" I cannot stand legs day. Every other day seems fine with me but for some reason my legs are killer and after my 2nd exercise I am already thinking "Can this please be over!??!". I always push through but the whole time I am hoping it will end soon. 2. Any suggestions for this issue? LOL |

I don't really have a day in particular that I dislike. A couple exercises I could probably like better tho... Like anticor, I hate biceps and anything to do with them. I also dislike pullups because it just feels dumb. Leg extensions and curls, I got rid of these a while ago but I still hate them. Decline bench press- nothing like having all the blood rush to your head while pushing as much weight as possible eh?

Sounds cheesy.. but i hate rest days.. Im one of those people who love the gym and love every workout.. So on rest days it seems like im not doing anything, other then running... I use to be like you when i first started and hated leg day.. but you'll grow to love it because a lot of the things u do on leg day helps you with your over all growth i.e squats, it works more then just your legs.. and if you hate it, try and find a way to make it fun or think of it as you'll never look HUGE without doing legs... which i think is true

I'm the same way. My workout keeps me in check. If I'm not training, my mind gets idle and that increases the risk of Horseman like behavior. Embrace what you think sucks now... Do the things you're not the best at and become great at them. Fall in love with squatting. |

I've gotten to the point where I look forward to all my workouts, it's usually the highlight of my day... I get myself pumped up before I get in the gym, throw on the ipod and don't think about ****, but the weight I'm lifting, nothing like it recently I've been doing push/pull/leg... just lifting 3 days a week... the extra rest has seemed to actually help me grow more, at the same time I wanna get in there and lift everyday, but I know it's obviously not beneficial |

I also have a short temper... one reason why I haven't ****ed with gears up to this point (not saying I NEVER will... but not planning on it any time soon)
I wonder if that's common among guys who are into bodybuilding I use my temper as motivation in the gym. For example, I get bad road rage, when I'm driving to the gym and people piss me off on the road I just let the anger build up and take it all out on the weights |
