Default Crazy workouts you've seen in the gym

So this morning i watched a guy laying a bench, holding 135lbs (bb bench press) statically, and then performing multiple leg lifts. I attached a rough diagram i drew of it lol.

I saw a guy standing in the squat rack on a medicine ball balancing a one of those fishing sinker like weights on a bigger one and pressing it over his head... And no, I'm not making that up, I stopped doing deads just to watch him.

I saw a guy on the lat pull down, mounted like he was lovin on it. He had one leg over the knee support, one leg under the knee support, he was pulling the lat bar to his chest as he rocked all the way back till he was totally parallel to the floor, then would let the weight pull him straight up, arms fully extend..then repeat.

4 months later, the lat pull had a miscarriage. 5 weights fell off of it.

Default i've seen a couple head scratchers on the same day

one was a group of guys with dumbbells (probably 90lbs each) doing mini curls, like just doing it enough where they would be flexing, i guess. i dunno, they were doing them really fast and like 20 at a time. all three were wearing weighted vests.

another was a guy in a button up shirt, jeans, and boots would get on a treadmill and do a dead sprint for about 45 seconds, not move his arms. then put one foot on a med ball and shadow box and then stretch, then repeat. this went on for about 2hrs. before he left like a total bad ass.

also seen a guy pace fastly(?) whilst holding the ez curl above his head.

HAHA! That is hilarious! I see people doing weird crap all the time. I just shake my head at them and snort to make them realize they're idiots.

that's just it, I bet he only had 100 lbs on there. That was the hardest day I have ever had in the gym, doing all I could not to burst out laughing and rolling around on the floor.

I've actually seen some Spec Ops dudes (not sure which specialty, Ranger, Seal, etc.) in the base gym doing roughly what the OP posted. They hold 135 extended out at arms length while doing 100 flutter kicks. It may look weird, but I bet its hard as hell too and a heck of a core workout.

Boyd - I know you were pararescue - so you know there are tons of weird exercises that those dudes do......

Theres these 3 douchebags at the gym that will lay down on the big ball and do BB presses with 225lbs. One guy lays back and the other 2 hand him the bar. I just pray im there the day the ball breaks.
