Hey everyone, I'm looking for a new weight lifting routine. I am an experienced weight lifter. I want to work each body part twice a week now. Please list sets as well if you could. This is what I'm leaning towards:
Monday: Incline 3 sets - 12 reps flat bench 3 sets - 12 reps military press - 3 sets - 12 reps triceps - 3 sets - 12 reps Tuesday: lat Pull downs - 3 sets - 12 reps rows - 3 sets -12 reps barbell curls - 3 sets - 12 reps prechear curls - 3 sets - 12 reps Wednesday: Squats 4 sets - 12 reps Lunges 3 sets - 12 reps leg extensions 3 sets - 12 reps 1 or 2 days off, start split again |
