Reps and Sets
My current workout for arms consists of 3 different exercises for each body part of my arm, however I do not group the exercises together by body part. For example I do one exercise per muscle, than I start over again and do another exercise per muscle, I repeat that 3 times. My question is should I should I do all 3 exercises per muscle one after another or is there any difference, advantage or disadvantage between the two routines. I do notice my muscles get tired quicker if I do the same muscle 3 times in a row verses splitting it up but I don't want to loose any opportunities to grow bigger stronger muscle faster. Thanx
