Default New to training

Hello,

I lost about 3 stone and lost alot of muscle in the process, so I decided to take Creatine Monohydrate. This is my 4th day of loading. I am taking
20g of creatine per day and I think its working. My arms feel heavier cant notice any size change. I have woke up this morning very energetic, are these the effects of creatine? Any advice?

Cheers,

UKMM

That is to much creatine for one. Secondly It not going to give you instant results. You need to worry about your diet, your workouts and getting plenty sleep. Over suplementing only wastes money.
