Ok so I'm just recovering from a recent leg injury and my physical Therapist says that balance exercises would be a great way to strengthen it and help my recovery.. Anybody know of any good equipment that i can use to work on my balance??

Something as simple as squats could help out with that. Yoga is good for balance. I just came across something new that I'd like to try out called the indoboard. Looks pretty killer.
