So i've been training for almost a year and everything's coming along nicely apart from my shoulder press. i train with 2 other guys who have been training for years longer than me and are both generally stronger although i'm not THAT far behind for a lot of lifts.
But when it comes to the shoulder press inparticular they are LEAGUES ahead of me and i don't understand why. i just can't seem to get past a certain weight and it seems disproportionate to the rest of my lifts.
i know we are all supposed to have a body part which lags behind everything else so maybe shoulders are just my example of that but strangely my shoulders don't actually look that bad, they just can't press much lol!
why is my shoulder press so weak compared to my lifts with other body parts????
