Question A Question About DOMS

If i'm having soreness in a muscle group, say legs on a thursday, when it comes time for me to workout a different muscle group, say chest/back on saturday, should i wait until i feel no soreness? does my body need time without any lifting until this is gone, or can i continue on with my routine?

Nope! As long as you have a routine that has a decent rest period between works (say a Mon, Wed, Fri) split where you work Chest, Tris, abs on Mond// Back & Bi's on Weds// and Legs, Shoulders on Fri// you will eventually push past DOMS.
