Default New Routine

Here is my split:

M - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
T - Back/Biceps
W - Off
T - Off
F - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
S - Back/Biceps
S - Off
M - Off
T - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
W - Back/Biceps
T - Off
F - Off
S - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
S -Back/Biceps

This is a slightly modified version of Tommy's split which was:

M - Back/Biceps
T - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
W - Off
T - Back/Biceps
F Chest/SHoulders/Triceps
S - Off
S - Off

As you can see I added I made Thursday an exta day and moved everything else forward one day. This means that my split won't fit nice and neatly into a one week period but I'm not that worried unless someone tells me I should be. Anyhow before I post my exercises for each day could everyone keep in mind I pretty can't use anything below belly button so that rules out ALOT of exercises for me:

Chest/Shoulder’s/Triceps (Day 1):
BB Bench Press
DB Incline Bench
BB Decline Bench
Narrow Bench
Weighted Dips

Chest/Shoulder’s/Triceps (Day 2):
BB Bench Press
DB Shoulder Press
DB Lateral Raises
Weighted Dips
Narrow Bench

Back/Biceps (Day 1):
BB Bench Pulls
T-Bar Rows
Lat Pull-Down (wide grip)
EZ Bar Preach Curls
DB Seated Curls

Back/Biceps (Day 2):
Lat Pull-Down (wide grip)
V-Grip Lat Pull-Down
Bench Pulls
BB Curls
DB Hammer Curls

This is just a draft routine. I haven't decided on volumes yet - although I have a pretty good idea -and I'm not sure where to squeeze traps in. Feedback would be appreciated.

Nice line - that will encourage people to help you.

You're pretty much a tool.

I'm recovering from a disc bulge so as I said before, I pretty much can't use any muscle below my belly button...
