freshlytainted has a spectacular aura about
Exclamation unequal muscle development (left v right)

Hi all, my right delts and biceps are significantly stronger than the ones on my left and when I do DB presses and curls for example, my left side can fail in 3-4 reps during the 3rd set while my right side is still hitting 7-8 reps.

Are barbells better in this situation? Or should I squeeze in more sets for my left side? Or carry different weights in each hand?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
