Ripspeed has a spectacular aura about
Default thoughts on this guys regime?

after browsing through a lot of different things i found this guy called joey micheal.

he basically has the exact body that i would like and he gives some advice and on how he works out and even gives a sample menu plan.

im thinking of following the menu plan and his cardio advice, i already have my own weight training programme set up and am quite happy with it.

do this look like a gd plan to follow?

Exercise, workout and nutrition advice for sports like baseball, basketball, karate and tennis, with diet plan information

I used to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach while i was cutting and it worked, alot of people say its a really bad idea though as your gonna loose some muscle in the process, but everyones different so it may or may not work for you its a risk your gonna be taking, other than that take his diet and alter it to suit you as his diet may not work best for you.

His diet is pretty much 3 meals a day with a few shakes. I dunno about that.

my diet is 3 meals a day with shakes. I love it. If I hate more than that I would feel like I needed to munch all the time and get effed over in too much eating.
