Default Thoughts on Body-for-Life?

I'm going back to the army after graduating from uni end of this year and I need to get back into shape. I've had waaaaay too many beers.

Anyway, I was thinking of going on the Body-for-Life program by Bill Phillips to kickstart my exercise routine. What do you guys think of it?

Pretty good, it helped me when I first started lifting and knew nothing about nutrition or lifting. Dropped a good amount of weight to.

I still read the book some times to help get back on track if I start slouching.

The program is solid, nothing fancy but hard work. Watch the diet in general becasue that's what matters in the end.

BFL helped my wife drop weight when other plans weren't working. Be disciplined six days a week, eat what you want on day 7, and it will work.
