Default Suggestions Please

Ok maybe i should give some more info since my first thread didnt go too well. First off I do know how to train. i'm sure I could use some pointers but for the most part have it down. Here's my workout

Monday- Chest and Tri
flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, flies, overhead extensions,
pulldowns, dips I do 4 sets of no more than 8 reps but at the
heaviest weight I can possibly push adding weight each time lowering the reps by two for each set and until total failure on the last rep or two.

Tuesday- back and bi
Seated row, lat pulldowns, weighted pullups, db rows, hammer curls, concentration curls, 21's, and the rope and weight for the forearms. i do this the same way i do the first ones.

Wednesday- Shoulders
military press, lateral raises, front raises, shrugs all done the same.

Thursday- Legs
Squats, deadlift, calf raises done the same way.

Friday- Chest and tri again

Sat- Back, bi, and shoulders again.

Ok there's the workout. I try to get at least 8 hrs of sleep a night to give my muscles enough time to recover. Right now I am eating as much as i can possibly take in. I make sure everything i eat is high in protien usually something like tuna. I got my Test from a good friend. it is made by Axiolabs. I know i'm not going to see results like today but I know they will come quicker now. What would be the best way to take it to get the quickest results. One guy told me 1c every three days for 15 days then 1c a week after until I finish the bottle. Having never done it before, would that be too much to start out with? Any suggestions appreciated!

I'd move your shoulders to friday otherwise you are working them indirectly on friday and then again directly on saturday.

Need more detail about the test you have and your stats before you will get help.

Like I just said in another thread, it is not wise to do steroids at 20, for good reasons. Anybody who tried them at this age will end up with health issues. Your body is not completly developed yet.
I will leave this thread open so you can get other advice on how to achive your goal naturaly
Be smart and listen~

I have no knowledge of Test so I can't speak to that, but as Vasille mentioned you should be able to pack on 20 pounds. Diet and your routine should be enough at your age.

I agree w/Jlo...your shoulders are getting worked, whether directly or indirectly 4 times out of the week.

Your legs are only getting worked one day...do you do any hip work? Are squats, deads and calves all you do for your legs?
What kind of deads? Conventional?

This is just me, but I feel like deads are not only a pull exercise, but they also work my back, so I do them on back days.
I save the SLDLs for my leg days.

I know nothing about Test...so I can't and won't comment on that...but you're young...how long have you been training?
Why not do things naturally at your age?

EDIT...wooops...I just went back up and read that you've been training 10 months....ONLY 10 months....that's even more of a reason to do things naturally IMO.

got a question, is training the whole body twice per week superior to once?

another thing, if doin twice a week, do u increase the weight once per week or increase when u repeat the workout mid week?

How long are your workouts lasting? That seems to be a lot of excercises to do in one sitting, especially on Monday.

I disagree. Looking at your workout, it kind of sucks. chest twice a week with shoulders in the middle, no time for recovery. Deadlifts should be on back day, to much bi workouts, not enough legs, etc.

I'd throw this in the trash, start over.

workouts usually last about an hour to an hour and a half depending on the day. What tdo you suggest I do to better my workout? And would it be better to only train each muscle one per week instead of two. I have talked to many trainers and all of them say go wice a week but I mean I am open to suggestions and to try new methods.
