Mrbobcat has a spectacular aura about
Default which workout?

I injured my shoulder a few months ago and I took about 8 weeks off of pressing and overhead movements and I have just recently been able to do some of these moves really light without pain. I was planning on getting back into my "regular" routine which is chest, shoulders and back on one workout and legs and arms the next. What seems to work best for me is alternating them every 3 days or so, so that I'm working each body part about every 6 days.
For pressing movements, I was planning on doing only flat bench and low incline and front pulldown and rows for lats. I know I'll have to start really light, like maybe 25% of my former poundages. My question is should I do the leg and arm workout first or the chest and back? I was planning on doing the leg workout first since I have'nt hit them hard in about 2 weeks. So I did one set of real light stiff-legs and squats a couple days ago and I was even sore from that. I have'nt done any back or chest for about a week so I guess its a toss up. Of course my chest and back need more work, but a few more days rest would'nt hurt either...
