Default Should I carry on bulking or cut?

I've been training for around 6.5 months, am 5ft 9.5 and weigh 171lbs with 19% BF.

I have built up a nice shape in my chest, arms and shoulders, an everyone has noticed that i'm more 'buff' than before but I am frustrated with the layer of fat which is covering everything up! I can even see veins underneath just begging to be given a chance to show through LOL

I'm confused as to whether I should lower my body fat with a cut or just continue to bulk? Help!

I would start cutting at this point, lower your bf then bulk again. If you constantly geting fat while bulking lower your food intake a bit and do cardio 2-3x a week.

At your height an weight if you start cutting you're liable to end up looking skinny. At 19% body fat you should be able to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time quite easily, just make sure that your diet is in check.
