Lightbulb Return of the Living Dead...

Hi all,

I've just come out the other side of a pretty rank couple of years of bad alcohol abuse and a £20k a year cocaine habit. Rehab was horrible but it's been several months since, and now I need to focus on something, which is gonna be my training. The first thing I need to get in order is my diet, I was wondering if anyone could be kind enouigh to give me some pointers if I list my average days food, while I struggle out of this pathetic skeletal 130lb frame I've been left with.

9am

3 Egg Omelette
2 x Wholemeal Toast

Midday:

Tin of Tuna in Sunflower Oil
Cup Brown Rice
Egg
Mozarella Cheese
Veg

3pm
2 x Grilled Chicken Breast
1 x Wholemeal Pittta
Salad

6pm
1 x Large Tuna Steak
Baked Potatoe
Cheese
Salad

9pm
Ham or Chicken Sandwich with Homous

Middnight
Slow Release Egg/Skimmed milk based Protien Shake

This is switched about for different fish and lean meats, plus about a Gallon of water a day, and the beginner training routine I found posted in the stickies.

Thanks in advance all - Look forward to your responses

Dave.

That actually looks like a pretty solid diet. What are your goals exactly? Post your routine as well. Kudos for the life change, you've made progress already.

I just wanna get bigger and stronger - I'm 5'9" and with my frame 175lbs with 12% bodyfat would do me nicely. This is my goal.

I'd be interested in how long people think this could take with a bit of dedication.
