Benched my weight...finally!

Where's the hew: smiley when you need it?

I have been stuck on my bench press for so long. I finally was able to push my weight today, 170lbs. Not all that heavy, but a big accomplishment nonetheless for me.

Hopefully I broke that plateau and I can add another 10-15lbs over the next couple of months without as much trouble.

Now I can feel good about doing this all weekend, haha

Woo hooo My bench just recently jumped too. The weird thing was I got stuck with finals and didn't work out all that much, but it went up. Hope u get that extra 10-15 lbs.
