ok on the thursday 4th workout im takin out the bench press and front squats, cuz im still drained from the days prior. but im adding in wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, keeping the calf raises and ab work, and thatl prbly be it. seem like a decent workout routine? i know i should prbly add hang cleans in there, i mite soon
