Hey anyways I'm glad we can get to a more civilized atmosphere here, and like I was saying, If you can, then you should. It's no doubt that your routine should always be built around compound movements but getting back to that original thread... None of those exercises will stop you from growing like you should. Just use them in coordination w/ the right other exercises.

The basic point of the thread was to emphasize that these movements in and of themselves will take you only so far. Leaving a person wondering why they have stalled out. At least thats how I understood it.
