Default Serious issue, cough SQUATS

Omg so ive been really lazy lately, really LAZY with legs, my upper body is good i max 305, everything solid, strong, but my legs, well lets just say i ignore them alot, so ive decided to start again, today, about 25 min utes ago, i do 135 8 reps, pretty solid feelin good, do it again, come up my back legs and near groin, cramp up dramatically, where i cant walk, and when i bend down, CRAMP, is tretched for a solid 5-10 minutes before and betweens sets, wtf is going on, this has happened about 3 times in the past, why cant i just get a nice leg workout without this cramping ****!

i read sumwhere a while back that static stretching can actually make it more likely to become injured or get a cramp. u should warm up real good. and do sum dynamic stretches. like lunges, high knees, toe touches, and stuff like that. were ur stretching but ur moving. not holding the stretch. no wut i mean?
