Default Biceps.

What's some good lifts to strengthen your biceps and increase your bench weight faster??

stick to compound moves - bench press, deadlift and squat...

other than that you want to use curls for biceps

What's a deadlift? and how would squatting help your bench/bicep strength?

your body grows and gets stronger better as a whole opposed to one specific area. squatting also increase hgh and testosterone output in your body.. which in turn makes you gain more muscle elsewhere. if you are serious about lifting it is an absolute must that you incorporate the big 3 lifts.. deadlifts, squats, and bench.
