Default Forearm Work

ok so Iv known of some forearm workouts and im looking inot which exercises are the best for wrist,grip and forearm strength. I know there are reverse curls, hammer curls, wrist curls, etc. Lemme know what ur fav forearm exercise is?

overhand deadlifts, static holds, anything grippy... I don't like forearm curls they make my girly wrists grind.

o thats nice, lol. well ima google static holds, idk wt that is. nebody else know wut works good for the grip and forearms?

Static hold is just the top of a deadlift strung out for 20 secs or so, or as long as you can hold the weight. Do it with dumbells, barbells, plates, two plates together, whatever.

o ok i get what ur sayin, and saw some stuff on google about it. thnx. mite put those into my routine, that and mayb sum wrist curls
