Since my reevaluation of my deadlift form I’ve been looking at my other lift form. I read about Squat form and it said to not let your knees go past your toes. I found this to be near impossible and if look at the squat video on http://www.coopersguns.com/videos/exercise-encyclopedia/vastus-medialis/squat/.
Is knees are going a little further then his toes. Does he have a good form? Mine is quite like him. So if this is good form I’m ok. The only difference is that he is not going ATG and I am. |

Well you basically want to sit back, it will feel awkward at first, like you are going to fall backwards, but thats the whole premise of not letting the knees go past the toes |

My knees go past my toes about an inch or so. It really depends on your body structure, everyone will be different. The main thing is what BGLD said, make sure you are not sitting back into it, not squatting over your knees.

Deadlift » Erector » Exercise Encyclopedia » Videos » CoopersGuns Health, Fitness & BodyBuilding One of the core movements of weight training in my opinion and many other. It’s kind of difficult to master but its one of the best exercise |
