Default Interesting similarity

We used to do something very similar in the Army. We did 60/120s. Walk at a brisk pace for 120 seconds and then sprint all out for 60 seconds. We usually did this for about a half hour equalling out to about 10 sprints total.

It shed BF like nothing else I have ever done.

So I'm considering starting this HIIT routine. After reading up on it the consensus seems to NOT do it the same day you work out.
For me I work out in the morninings early (around 6am) before class or work.

I'm just worried that 4-10 minutes of training in the morning won't satisfy my need to work out all day long. I realize that it is going to be super intense, but for those that have done this, was that enough for you for the entire day?
