German Volume Training
Have any of you ever tried it? I have been doing quite a bit of reading lately and am quite interested. I have also heard that is overkill and only effective if you are juicing (like the East Germans who made it famous).
I am looking into a program written by Charles Poliquin, one of the top strength trainers in the world and was wondering if anyone here had any thoughts on East German Volume training in general. In case you didnt know its a program based on periodization.
