I NEED HELP W/ MY WORKOUT PLAN. FIRST I BENCH 100 POUNDS ON THE FIRST SET I CAN DO 10 REPS, THEN ALL SETS AFTER THAT I CAN DO ABOUT 7 REPS.
THE REASON I DO THIS IS BECOUSE THE HOMIE SAID IF I CAN LIFT THE WEIGHT I PUSHING ALOT OF TIMES THEN IM JUST WASTING TIME. IS THAT TRUE? THEN I LAY ON THE BENCH AND MY HOMIE PASSES ME 40 POUND WEIGHTS AND I LIFT THEM UP IN THE AIR, AND BRING THEM DOWN TO MY CHEST. ABOUT 10 REPS, THEN I STAND UP AND I GRAB THE 40'S AGAIN AND BRING THEM UP TO MY CHEST, AND BACK DOWN TO MY SIDE (FOR MY ARMS) ABOUT 10 REPS. THEN I GRAB SMALLER WEIGHTS AND CURL MY WRIST (FOR MY FORARMS) UNTILL I GET TIRED. I DO THESE THINGS AS MANY TIMES AS I CAN HOW LONG SHOULD I WORK OUT FOR? I FEEL LIKE IM NOT WORKING OUT THAT MUCH. MY GOAL IS TO GET BULKY NOT CUT UP RIGHT NOW IM KIDA ON THE FAT SIDE MOSTLY AROUND CHEST AND BEER BELLY AND UPPER LEGGS I DONT WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT RIGHT NOW I WANNA USE WEIGHT TO TURN INTO MUSCLE DOSE FAT TURN INTO MUSCLE? I READ SOMEWERE ON THIS SIGHT THAT I SHOULD DRINK ABOUT A GALLON OF WATER A DAY IS THAT TRUE IF NOT HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE DRINKING? I HEARD CHICKEN AND FISH IS GOOD FOR LIFTING WHY IS THAT AND WHAT ELSE IS GOOD? IM NOT TAKING ANY SUPPLEMENTS BECOUSE I HEARD THAT YOU GET BIGGER FASTER IS THERE ANY TRUTH IN THAT? THANK YOU. |

Supplements May Help Build More Muscle If Your Diet Sucks And Fish And Chicken Are High In Protien But Low In Fat And Carbs And Protein Helps Build Muscle And It Just Physically Impossible For Fat To Be Anything But Fat So It Wont Turn Into Muscle But You Need Extra Calories To Rebuild Your Muscles So Most People Gain A Little Fat While Getting Muscles And You Should Find A Weight That You Can Lift 6-8 Times Or So Then Rest Then Lift It Again Then Rest Then Lift One More Time For 3 Sets Total And After An Hour Or So Of Any Exercising You Start Burning Muscle For Energy So You Don't Want To Do That And Yes A Gallon Of Water A Day Is Good.
