Question Weaker left bicep

I have no idea why, but my left bicep is weaker than my right. Now I know it's common for people to have a smaller side but is it common to have a weaker side?

For example todays workout I could feel my left bicep giving way a little on the lat pull machine, my left hand dumbell row is more of a struggle towards the end of the set as apposed to my right side row, and also my bicep curl is much worse (dumbells) where as my right arm I managed 8 reps my left started to struggle after 4 and I couldnt get past 5 with good form.

What can I do?

Also to add my left bicep is about half an inch smaller than my right arm and isn't as developed as my right side. Any Ideas

Normal!

Figure this out, mostly my whole body, my right side is stronger, BUT lately my left leg has had more endurance than my right? can't figure that out. especially with like lunges and split squats??

Don't worry about it.
Of course you're going to have a weaker side, it depends on which one you favour to do normal everyday activities.
Like I mentioned in a similar thread yesterday, take a look at my profile pic - you can see one of biceps obviously bigger than the other. I'm not losing any sleep over it!

Start with your weaker side. If you can only do 8 with your left then stop at 8 with your right.

I always do the one arm curls with my weaker arm first, then I do the exact same weight and reps with my dominant arm. Sometime the weaker arm oughta catch up.

i actually found a pretty good quote from arnie where he said that if doing a few extra reps on DB curls with your weaker arm would help to even it out with your stronger one, we'd all look like ronnie coleman

arnold said that he had a weaker/smaller side and that when he lifted, he tried to push and pull more with that side, for example, put more weight on left foor than right on a squat, or let your left arm curl more of the BB on BB curls
