Default anyone do this one

anybody do this one? I know it probably sounds like i'm asking does anybody drink water.. ..but hey i've never tried this one until yesterday and i'm feelin sore as hell already...lol

reverse lunge up on a board down with a half squat with 30lbs db's...hahha...too light for you guys but hey thats heavy for me...i was dying...anybody do that one or is this just a girly exercise? LOL

Do you mean just a reverse lunge? If so yes, I tried it once and my glutes got really sore, it was tough just sitting down. It has been traditionally viewed as a girl's exercise, but only because women put more emphasis on training their buns than guys. We just figure our glutes will get worked when we squat.

yes a reserve lunge up on a board about 6 inches high...make sense? and then down with a half squat...yeah maybe its a girl thing...

True, but it is still a tough and effective exercise that really targets the glutes. Now that I have thought this over, all women should incorporate this into their training.

yeah to me it was very hard....thats what i want..you really feel like its working...i do it with 30lbs db's...to me thats heavy...haha i was dying after..lol
