anybody do this one? I know it probably sounds like i'm asking does anybody drink water..
reverse lunge up on a board down with a half squat with 30lbs db's...hahha...too light for you guys but hey thats heavy for me...i was dying...anybody do that one or is this just a girly exercise? LOL |

True, but it is still a tough and effective exercise that really targets the glutes. Now that I have thought this over, all women should incorporate this into their training.
