Sorry for not being specific enough, I was leaving work as I posted.
I work out 6 days a week right now fairly hard. I currently have started a diet consisting of chicken breast, tuna, rice, protien shakes and oats/fruits. I am doing 6 meals a day and I just started this on monday of this week. My diet up until this point has not been that great. I got married like 9 months ago and well you know the rest on that. I took 2 months off and I am down to 195lbs right now. I am hopeing that by keeping my current routine and diet that things will go well.
