Default lifting with varicose veins?

I have varicose veins and everything I read about them says to not lift heavy objects. Since i have started lifting my arthritus is gone and I feel much better but my veins bulge out of my legs all the time still. Sometimes they hurt but not really that bad.

I don't want to stop doing heavy lifting. I would like to continue to grow stronger and bigger.

My doctor was no help at all.

I am taking oral chelaton(edta 625mg twice a day),vitaminE(400iu once a day), and some natural suppliments specificaly designed for the varicous veins. They have been no help even after 6 months.

Anybody know of someone with a similar situation? Any help would be greatly apreciated.
