Shoulder Hurting
Hey I recently have felt some slight pain in my right shoulder. It is not soreness, but a kindof dull pain like something is strained. It only hurts when I work out, and it hurts slightly doin Military Press. Doesn't hurt at all doing Bench press. I really noticed it today when I was doing wide grip pullups. I ususally train every part of my upper body 3 days per week. Perhaps I need to lighten the weight? Perhaps take some time off of anything that hurts it?
This is really bothering me because I want to do hard back/shoulder workouts but I don't want to make my shoulder any worse.
