Default Flat Bench DB Flys

Oh my gosh! I nearly collapsed doing flat bench DB flys after a complete flys routine the other day! Just never tried DB flys on a flat bench before and it really was difficult for me compared to incline.

You're right. They have got to be since you have to engage your core muscles too so all in all it makes it all the more difficult.

I like them with just the slightest incline. I can really get an "old School" type stretch and my outer pecs get fried besides the direct benefit to the inner pecs. I love em.
Has anyone tried reverse double crossovers, using the lower pulleys and with your palms facing up? I use it as a substitute exercise to add variety and hit my chest from a different angle.

I couldnt really imagin doin them without a flat bench, I get a much better feel in the muscle

Really???

I figured you have done them many times. I have done all 3 angles. Try decline flyes next time meera,if you havent already. Thats a good stretch.
