Default Zits, and Backne

When I've been on a gainers diet and routine for about 3 weeks now. I like the results. I'm taking N-Large, Twinlab Amino Fuel, and creatine. Getting respectible gains.

In the first week I got some spots on my body. I'ts has happened before when I workout strenuosly after a long break of atrophy so I wasn't concerned because it tended to go away quickly.

Second week I got two zits on my face and the spots were still there but kinda fading into redish areas.

Now new fresh spots are appearing on my legs, my face has a less smooth color and though no zits I see red spots, my back and sides have zits ands red spots.

I'm not freaking out here, I just want to know if this is normal. My libido hasn't been noticable better, same with my temper and "pissed off" level.

Is this due to test or supps?

I think it could be your hormones (test levels)

It's genetics, i have horrible acne on my back. Ever since i started working out more i broke out more on my cheeks (on my face)

There's a lot of sugar in N'large (28 grams per serving). That probably isn't helping with the zits. Try & cut down on the N'large and eat more rice, pasta, wholemeal bread etc.

you might be taking in a lot of saturated and hydrogenated fats which will contribute to acne also. watch your fat intake (but dont eliminate it. they are important). Try to take in primarily EFA's from natty peanutbutter and tuna and flax etc, not from mcdonalds or fatty steaks and beef and even fatty turkey but get lean versions of these meats.

^^^ Bump

Also consider if you are drinking enough water, if you are dehydrated toxins (possibly ones that cause spots) will remain in your body longer.

Drinking green tea can help flush toxins.

^^^Yes but it's a diuretic (flushes out your system), diuretics leave you even more dehydrated, water is the best remedy.

Maybe a green tea followed with a large glass of water?

yeah green tea is actually very good. I think water is probably the best thing for acne, because not only does it flush toxins but can help 'purify' ones complexion.

None of those products will give you acne or are known for having acne as side effects.. on the other hand.. lifting increses hormone release.. but with that.. it can also decrease testosterone levels (since ur body uses test for muscle growth).. so with each dip of your test level.. ur body has to make more.. and that = acne.. whenever i occassionally start to get acne.. i usually take a tab or two of DIM, Kudzu & Tribulus.. and the following morning im good to go.. most, if not all has cleared up... read the thread on Peanut Butter.. its about acne too.. Hydrogenated oil more specifically

Maybe make sure you shower straight after a workout so you don't have stale sweat on your skin for too long (dunno if it'll help - just an idea).
