What Happened?
so i was hitting my arms i did five sets of curls and then drank my 16.9 oz of water rested then started doing alt curls and i was just naustiated as hell and i felt like just calling it a night but needless to say i sucked it up and finished... i was just wondering why this is ... before workout i take my cell mass and noxplode wait 30 min and start hitting the weights... my routines been like this for a while jsut wondering y this might have happened
