Default What's the difference. Please help.

I was looking for help with the pro's and con's of each. Easy curl bar and Super curl bar. If buying just one, which one would you choose?

1. Please be more specific when you title your posts. "Which is better - an EZ Curl bar or a Super Curl bar?" lets people know what you're asking before reading the post, and also helps anyone who might search the forums in the future.

2. Of those choices, I'd go with a Super Curl bar because the parallel grip section offers a different grip option for doing Skullcrushers/triceps extension type exercises, or even Hammer Curls.

3. Why do you want one to begin with? I think you'd be better off doing curls with a regular barbell and getting a triceps bar, that is unless you experience pain doing curls with a regular barbell.

1. You are right, but you don't have to be so anal about things

2. good answer

3. do you not switch up how you lift? I always switch between dumbbells, barbells, and ez bars when doing curls.

1. It's a way of being considerate to the people you want to read your thread and receive help from.

3. Barbells, and whatever variations you can come up with using dumbbells are plenty, you don't need an EZ bar unless you experience pain using a barbell.
