Default Track Your Workouts!

I have been working out one and off for years now. I find that if I track my workouts I can see how I've either improved or regressed. It also gives me the motivation that I need to keep working out.

I guess what I am trying to say is that if you want to get fit and stick to your exercise program, you must TRACK YOUR PROGRESS.

To this end, I created a simple website that allows you to track your workouts, keep a diary of what you've eaten, and chart your progress. It isn't designed to make money, so it is clean and simple.

I just used the page for myself and my family for the past year, but I thought others might enjoy it and find it useful as well. It's Edited by RRAdam: This site is also a store? Not a good first post .

btw, it's free so take a look and use it only if you find it useful. Enjoy!!!
