kenseth17cd has a spectacular aura about
Default Tearing muscles

Hey guys, I am getting kind of concerned about my old man. He is 49 years old. He was benching 380 pounds about 1 year ago, but now only 350. Everytime he goes over 325 he tears a muscle really bad and has to recover for a couple of months. Also, he tore his bicep last week just curling the 75's. So it is not just heavy weight that does it to him. He recently started taking gear cycle to try to get back into the swing of things, could these be doing more damage than good.

Gear is more likely to help him hurt himself. I'm 46 and don't bother working biceps anymore because I overdid it. Doing curls regularly causes pain for me. Taking gear will not help the muscle/tendon/ligament problems, it will just make you try to lift heavier and do more damage. Bottom line - don't do the stuff that hurts you !
