Thumbs up So I Squated Barefoot Today

I walked into the gym today around 3 after getting out of class.. and i forgot my shoes at home.. wed is my leg day.. and i thought **** it.. ill squat barefoot... its kind of grimey but i like it.. i actually i feel more in control and like there was less stress on the knees. I lost like 2 or 3 reps on my weights but my legs were absolutely bombed before i even finished squats.. Has anyone else ever squated barefoot and had this happen?

Word.

I have squatted in sandles before. Kinda cool actually, except the cork in the sandles got crushed down. Good thing they were knockoffs and not Burks O.o
