kenseth17cd has a spectacular aura about
Default Best bench press, bodyweight to weight ratio

What is the best drug free bench press that you guys have heard. I mean as in terms of bodyweight to what they actually do. The best percentage. For example, my father is 49 years old and is a genetic freak. He weighs 170 pounds and benches 375-390. Just depends on how his old joints are working the day he lifts. I think that is pretty good. I think it would be about 210% or something like that. I know that if he would do it, it would be an american record for his age and drug free.

I think that is pretty awesome for your dad. That just gave me some inspiration since i am 175lbs and bench 285(but i am 19), now i know there is still much more room to increase.

the strongest guy in terms of weight to weight ratio at my school is 175 lb.

Dude won the bench press competition and leg press competition. he benched 365 lbs and leg pressed i believe 1350 lb. thats crazy for a 175 pounder!!!!

he's barely bigger than me too!!!
