Default Questions About Isopure 0 Carb

Im Trying To Cut Some Fat And Im Takin Isopure Thats A Protein Drink 50g. Prot. 0 Carb But I Dont Know If That Helps Me Or Not To Lose Nfat, Also Im Getting Bored Of Taking It Just With Water And I Want To Try It With More Things What Do U Guys Recomend , I Have The Vanilla Flavor

When you diet you need more solid food than ever to last you a longer period of time! A protein drink like Isopur will make you hungry very fast. I would not use it on regular base unless there isn't any other options of foods. Solid foods is what you need. As for mixing it, it works well with gatorade, but I use it to bulk/maintain not to diet.
