Default Spring Break Shape-Up question

Right now I'm 6 ft 1 207 lbs, and I have I have a bit more stomach fat that I'd like.I'd say I need to lose about 10 lbs of fat. So therefore, my question is, I have a month and a half (7 weeks) til my spring break trip and I want to be as ripped as possible, so what would be the best short term workout/diet regimen to follow to kind of thrash my body to lose those ten pounds while trying to stay around 200 lbs? I workout regularly, I just don't have the best diet habits. I workout 3 days a week, all free weights, incorporating mostly compound exercises like squat, power cleans, deadlift, military press and bench press. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you only have 7 weeks i would say a high protein low carb(complex carbs) would be your best choice for diet. Try and eat more carbs in the morning then at night. Just make sure you are doing plenty of cardio on your non-lifting days, try a HIIT routine, i have lost 5 lbs in two and a half weeks with this regimen. I have a similar goal so hopefully this works for you.

Thanks , I'll look into that. I've heard of HIIT before, just never really looked at it yet..
