no, you have to lower the weight as far as what you could do without pre- exaust - if you were to take out the delts, that would force the stronger muscle (triceps) to do the work
think of it like this - if someone were to train there triceps for a year or so, but never train there shoulders - then they start doing overhead presses - the stronger muscle (triceps) will take most the load, an they would have a lot of trouble building up there shoulders with this movement
the deltoids have to be the stronger muscle group if you take out your triceps first, so they get a better workout - thats what the pre-exaust system is about - look it up, or better yet - try the workout
