Default 8 day split?

Anyone here do 8 day splits as opposed to 7.

1Quads/bis
2Chest/abs
3off
4Hamstrings/calves/tris
5Back/forarms
6off
7shoulders/traps
8off

Just curious...

Interesting split... but that's not a 8 day split.. that's a 5 day split over a 8 day schedule or week if you perfer. I was considering working my current 6 days split over a 8 day schedule.. but My training partner likes knowing that every tuesday is an off day... so I stuck with 7 day thing.

there is nothing at all wrong with a schedule like that by any means.
